Rachel's Tip
Always keep your knees stacked over your ankles - letting your knees splay out or go past the toes puts strain on the ligaments. To get higher into your bridge, clasp your hands underneath you and walk your shoulder blades in towards each other. You can also use a block under your tailbone to alleviate pressure in your back and make this a more restorative pose. Rachel is an instructor and co-owner of Hometown Yoga in Macon Georgia.
